Southern Cross

It was a beautiful clear night, so I was able to take some long exposure shots of the stars from down here.  The Southern Cross is a constellation that's on the Australia national flag, and I got some halfway decent shots of it.

It's amazing how little your naked eye can pick up in a night sky.  When you take a picture with a CCD, it just blows your mind how much is out there.
