Kalmus Park Beach, Cape Cod
Haven't seen Albert Julia or Eric for way too long. We had a great day on the beach catching up.

I've been neglecting posting movies from our trip to Melbourne back in March. Here is the first batch showing how amazing it is to witness an F1 race firsthand.
Had a great day out with Raman, Nina and Shun at Morton Wildlife Refuge in Sag Harbor. The birds eat out of your hands, and we were quite close to having a chipmunk do the same.
Robyn caught these two guys munching on the plants in her garden.
This guy was just staring at me and wasn’t moving. So I grabbed my camera and got a few cool shots. Anyone know what this is?
Charlie and I made a pact to try the KFC Double Down when I was in DC this week, and we followed through. Jenny happily joined in, and we somehow convinced Ross and Cyrus to try it as well.
If you don't know what I'm talking about, it's two fried chicken breasts playing the part of the bread in an unholy sandwich of bacon, cheese and... um.. "Colonel's Sauce".
Turns out it was pretty good! Well, according to Jenny, Charlie and I it was, but Ross and Cy felt sick. Jenny and I got bonus points for dipping it in our mashed potatoes and gravy.
Then we played with CoCo to try to unclog our arteries.
We somehow ended up at a charity art auction tonight, and we actually bid on something! It was a lot more exciting than we expected and we discovered that you kind of get wrapped up in the frenetic pace of it all.
When we were outbid, they had a guy come over just to try to coax us into upping our bid again. Hard sell.
It was a really nice ink printing, and we almost had it...
The charity was Splashes of Hope, who paint murals and ceiling tiles for medical patients. They did some of the art for Stony Brook pediatrics, where Robyn works.
From the options, you can see I showed great restraint.
